Maintenance Requests

Maintenance requests concerning your space or the building’s operation should be submitted in your Tenant Center. If you need any assistance, or if you have any questions, please contact Christina Honthy at 973.889.2029 or christina.honthy@am.jll.com.

  • Headquarters Plaza has a staff of facility maintenance technicians. These gentlemen have responsibilities throughout the Complex, however, they are available to assist in the case of an emergency by calling the Management Office, or should you require specific maintenance, repair or additional work over and above that which is required by the terms of your lease.
  • The maintenance staff is available between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and as needed on weekends. If the requested work requires an outside contractor, you will be advised accordingly and we will be more than happy to work with you and schedule that work for you, at your convenience.
  • All requests for maintenance will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. If the work is considered emergency work, it will be handled immediately.
  • Please provide detailed information concerning the location of the work, an exact description of the problem, and a contact name and telephone number available when placing a maintenance request.
